What we collect and why

To prepare your visa application we collect the documents and details the application needs. Passport scans and bank statements are sensitive. We use them only to prepare and submit your visa application.

Until online applications open

Online applications are not open yet. Until they are, we receive your documents over WhatsApp. We use them only to prepare and submit your visa application, and only authorised staff can see them. We delete them 90 days after the visa is issued. Encrypted storage with logged access applies to our online application system when it launches.

How we protect it

• In the online application system, your documents will be stored encrypted.
• Access is limited to authorised staff, and in the online system every access will be logged.
• Payment card data is handled by our payment provider. We never store it.

How long we keep it

We delete your documents and personal data 90 days after the visa is issued.

Your rights

You can ask to access or correct your personal data. Send your request to our Data Protection Officer.
