About Apax Gateway
Apax Gateway Pte Ltd is a private visa assistance service based in Singapore. We help travellers find out whether they need a visa, and prepare and submit the application when they do.
We are not a government agency and are not affiliated with any government. Visa decisions are made by the destination government. We do not sell flights, hotels or tours.
Why we exist
Visa rules change often and differ by passport. One wrong field can get an application refused, and the government fee is not refunded. Look-alike websites also charge travellers for forms that are free or cheaper on the official site. We started Apax Gateway to give travellers a straight answer and real help, with prices they can see up front.

If you do not need a visa, we say so. If a visa cannot be applied for online with your passport, we say that too, and we do not take your money.

A visa expert reviews your details against the official requirements, so a small mistake does not cost you the trip.
We submit on the official system and stay with you
We apply on the destination government’s official system and keep you updated on WhatsApp until your visa arrives.
