FAQs

Can I attend business meetings without a business visa?

Not with this visa. The Tourist Visa (TR) is for tourism and leisure, and work is not allowed. For business meetings, choose Business above and apply for the Non-Immigrant B e-Visa.

Can I stay longer?

Yes. The Tourist Visa gives you up to 60 days per entry, and you can apply to extend your stay with the Immigration Bureau in Thailand.

Is the arrival card the same as the visa?

No. The Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) is a separate online form. All non-Thai travellers, including Nepali passport holders, must submit it within 3 days before arriving in Thailand, with or without a visa. Submit it only on the official site. Apax Gateway does not charge for arrival cards.

How early should I apply?

Apply online well before you travel. Processing times are set by the Thai embassy or consulate that handles your application. For example, the Royal Thai Embassy in Singapore asks applicants to apply at least 21 working days ahead.

Can I apply myself?

Yes. You can apply yourself on Thailand's official e-Visa site and pay only the government fee. If you would like us to check your documents and apply for you, our service fee is SGD 80.00 per traveller, refunded in full if your visa is refused. Thai visa fees are not refundable.
